This scooter arrived with a rusty shaft. I asked for this to replaced with a non-rusted shaft. They sent another rusted shaft. When I contacted them immediately afterward (with photos to show the rust as well as photos of an identical model scooter we have had for a number of years which has no rust) they did not respond. Despite following up a number of times, I have had no response. Extremely disappointing service.
