Arrived late but did arrive eventually. Seller was polite and responsive. Received item well packed in protective plastic. Cats haven't used it yet so I will have to try washing it to see if that helps. Looks a little flattened and it could probably use some fluffing after I was it as it was packed so tightly.

Received only 1 airport fryer, not 2 as per description. The package was in tact when received. Contacted seller who replied the package would have been damaged and item missing in post. They suggested a $2.50 refund. After a couple of more written messages back and forth, the seller has advised I accept a $2.00 refund and will not resend the missing pot. They have asked that I order again. Although the transaction with free postage was not a large amount, I am not satisfied with this Seller.
