Poor packaging, and the item wasn't what I odered. Seller said he was going be out until next month, so I waited before we could continue with the refund. He was very slow to communicate, and now isn't responding. I didn't know that you can't reopen cases, so I am now stuck waiting for him to respond so I can get my refund.

This item was packaged by eBay's GSP as we live in different time zones. The buyer also fails to mention that the return case was cancelled AFTER I requested times and availability to arrange a pickup. Has since been incredibly rude, demanding, and entitled, insisting on keeping the item as well as a full refund despite acting outside of process.
I initially believed this buyer had good intentions, but I am not inclined to respond to behaviour which comes across as scammy or aggressive.
