the bottom covers arrived at an excellent price and exactly as described, but poorly packaged, no protective cardboard, just a soft envelope and the post office damaged one cover, it arrived cracked. In fairness to be more expensive, I gave it a neutral or negative. Excellent communication, they regularly checked on status and followed up with me and answered all my queries. Unfortunately for some reason I was unable to recieve my package (but it is more my countries weird customs office fault and not the seller as it shows it was received there before being stuck there indefinitely). When the package wouldnt be delivered to me they promptly provided me with a refund. 5 star customer service, will do business again when I'm in another country. Thanks again
