This box of mixed domestic and exotic scraps was 98% maple and walnut, and 1 piece of ambrosia maple (which I guess they are calling that an exotic. Buyer beware that you are going to have maybe 1 or 2 exotic cutoffs out of like 50 pieces of wood. Overall it's probably what I could have paid for the same at my local lumber store so kind of a waste. the only thing this saved me was a trip to the store.

They're selling the cheapest version of this wood but hiding it behind a stock image of very high quality wood. It looks nothing like pale moon ebony is supposed to look, and it looks nothing like the stock photo they used in the posting. They offered me a replacement for equally poor quality wood that also looks nothing like the image, so that is something I guess, but why would I waste my time?
