Seller claims he shipped the envelope and got it back saying it required $4 more dollars to ship PWE, even though I paid $1.95 which is more then enough for PWE. Then, seller required I paid the extra $4 or I would not receive the card I won on auction.
I won this card as the only bidder at .99. I believe he never sent it and never planned to as was not happy with this result. Waiting for a refund.
