I paid over $3000 for 6 laptops total – 5 out of the 6 were in worse condition than described, but I worked with it and let it slide. One of the laptops was SO BADLY DEFORMED, and on top of that, the ports didn't work on one side. So I opened a return, they accepted and sent me the return label. I check on my refund today (mailed it to them several days ago) and THEY NEVER ACCEPTED/CLAIMED MY RETURN, THE LAPTOP IS ON ITS WAY BACK TO ME! I will never buy from this seller again!
