    The bike rack is new as described. The box was open when we received it but that's because US customs opened it and didn't reseal it. Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. Seller shipped it immediately and we received it more quickly than we thought we would. Overall an excellent experience and would buy from seller again.

    Due to a courier issue this item didn’t arrive with the tow bar kit I’d also ordered (the box was trashed). However customer service (Danny) was brilliant and resolved the issue more quickly than my phone reception could respond to! As for the product, I’ve yet to fit it but going by how fantastically helpful they’ve been I can’t imagine that there will be any further issues. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with this seller.
