Over 13 messages about him telling me he will reimburse me 20% for a broken model ship but he keeps messaging back if I give him a good feedback he will take care of it. I told him that is not how it works. Rectify by crediting me the 20% like he said then I would give a favorable feedback and he refuses to do it even after calling EBay 2 X and hours on the computer and phone. BEWARE OF THIS GUY! It was not an expensive item but it may save someone a headache.
