For our 2021 Blazer with the 4 cylinder turbo this fuel control relay was a direct replacement and it did not require programming. The Blazer started up first try and runs great. Thank you for saving me who knows how much. The dealer wanted $175 to pull codes. It’s my opinion that the Chevrolet dealer should have replaced it, no questions asked, under the 60,000 mile warranty.
