Seller tried to tell me that I would incur the return postage costs and that these products are non refundable. The seller also belittled me in asking me why I tried the product within 47minutes of it arriving. Seller rude in all communication told to keep product as surely i wont be using it as it "doesn't work"...just unnecessary comments. Seller should acknowledge that the product doesn't work and check the batch numbers.
