The key came in a little brown envelope with detailed advice on making sure the lock mechanism of the towbar was properly lubricated before thinking the key was wrong!
My advice is ‘follow the advice’ as I didn’t at first. Further advice was only use thin lubricating oil. After applying oil and wiggling the key carefully for a long time it fitted and opened the lock and I was able to remove the towbar. Thank you Rick for your quick service and patient guidance.
