Very excited about new Android head unit. Works very well. Shipping was not a problem, however, the initial unit that was ordered was not in stock and probably should have been updated on website beforehand as I was expecting it to be delivered on the day it was supposed to be. Not a big problem! Item works better than the last Android unit I purchased, where there was no sound being emitted from unit. Everything works like it is supposed to on this unit. Installation was very simple as well.

User manual is very very very basic, lacking the more significant features/settings/customizing instructions. While it doesn't have ALL the bells and whistles, it provides the desired upgrade features over the stock unit in my 2013 GMC Acadia. FYI: This unit, as was the case with a different [brand] unit I also tried, does not allow the top part of dash trim to seat properly. Small gap.
