It did not come in original Coach packaging, and the tag had been torn off and the tag had been taped on.

Scammer! Never at ANY time did we claim there was any special packaging. It was not pictured, & it was not in the listing. The bag was sold & received EXACTLY as pictured & as listed. Customer was looking for extra discounts and when not received made false claims. Complete liar about the tags as you can enlarge the images and see this is a complete Lie!! Look at all our past reviews and see, this person is dishonest. Offered a return if they were so unhappy, but they kept it Hmmmm?
