In the 90s I held a table in a club on Ventura Boulevard for Martin Cohen (who produced those albums), 8 percussionists and a group of lambada dancers in very short yellow skirts. that was a great evening and the music was pretty good too!     The rudimental heavyweight.

    This book is mainly designed for the beginning drummer. It basically covers all of the 26 rudiments and breaks each one down individually to better understand their structure. They also provide many exercises to practice each one which are broken down individually in specific lessons. It is a well written method book and has a very good organized structure. I would highly recommend this book for a beginning drummer.
