You may want to consider using a certified automotive electrician to diagnose.

I have one suggestion on the packaging: ship in a padded box, rather than a padded envelope. The two individual spark plug boxes weren’t protected as well as the four boxed together. One plug came out of its’ box. But the rough handling is on the carrier. All in all, a great transaction! Thanks!
