In caso di smarrimento della merce da parte del corriere, resta responsabile della spedizione il Cliente e dovrà interpellare direttamente il corriere per essere rimborsato.La merce una volta giunta presso il magazzino di XGEAR SHOP, verrà esaminata per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni.

I prodotti devono essere restituiti integri e completi di tutti gli accessori nella loro confezione originale e con adeguato imballo esterno. XGEAR SHOP non risponde di eventuali sinistri avvenuti durante il trasporto. In caso contrario i pacchi non saranno accettati dal nostro magazzino e verranno restituiti al mittente addebitando le spese di spedizione.

Dopo aver controllato l'integrità dei beni, XGEAR SHOP,entro e non oltre 30 giorni dal ricevimento della merce provvederà a riaccreditare la somma già versata, ad eccezione delle spese di spedizione dal cliente sostenute. Il rimborso verrà effettuato tramite Bonifico Bancario perciò il Cliente dovrà comunicare le coordinate bancarie.

il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito in confezione originale completo, non usato, non aperto o alterato; se il bene viene aperto, come nel caso di lubrificanti o qualsiasi altra confezione , il Cliente non potrà più esercitare il diritto di recesso.
