Item arrived exactly as described, other than the fact that it was damaged in transit. But within a half hour of sending photos to the seller, they gave me a full refund. I obviously wish it hadn’t arrived broken, but given that it did (which isn’t entirely the fault of the seller), they did everything they could to make it right, which I *really* appreciate. Gives me a very high level of confidence in them as a seller and I would definitely buy from them again with peace of mind!
