The seller, "Chris" provided a quick response to my question. The item, which came from China, arrived only 12 days after I placed the order. It was very well packed in bubble wrap. I haven't yet installed the decoder but, since I needed one with a volume control, this was the only one I could find (that was available.) Assuming everything works the way it should, this decoder has a remote and a bluetooth input. I think it even will generate noise to balance the 5.1 speakers.
