    My Cats Love TREATS

    I bought this to use while on vacation. I like that it has a mic so they can hear my voice, and added bonus of night vision camera so I can see them. It's nice that it can serve as an on-demand security cam, since the picture quality is quite clear and hs a wide (stationary) camera view. It did take a bit of googling & trouble shooting to get it connected to my wifi and working on the phone app. And it's a small issue, but I wish I could customize the chime feature with something different.

    Fun but has issues

    Has a great picture, somewhat slow to respond to commands, could be my internet but I have hi speed 90 so....sometimes kicks out more than one treat which is ok but it clogs it up. It is fun but over priced at $160 and free ship.

    Well built

    I got the Petzi of all the pet cameras to choose from, because of the quality rating. I totally agree on that! The only problem I had with this product is that my dog was scared to death of the sound it made dispensing treats. He is a rescue dog, and probably something in his past contributed to his reaction. I returned it for that reason only. He is my life and I never want him to feel uncomfortable or scared. But if your pup doesn't mind the sounds made by the dispensing mechanism, this is an exceptional product of high quality!

    Not as described

    This Petzi item I purchased was listed as new, and it was far from new! There was no instructions, a black scratch on side of face unit, no mounting hardware, and also no plug. The adapter plug was not included, it was stated, I guess I did not have one in my junk drawer.
