The book never arrived. The seller did not contact me to say there was a problem with the order. When I contacted the seller 5 days after the expected delivery date, the seller didn't respond. 3 days later, I 'opened a case' - and ebay is reimbursing me - but still nothing from the seller. Since the seller is well-rated, I was not expecting this.

There was a snag in the shipping where the item was mailed to the wrong address, but the seller was communicative and corrected the mistake. The items condition was great.
