The item was received all right. However, I found that the design of the cleaner could be improved. It's a handheld cleaner. Yet, the on/off switch was right at my 2nd finger. After pressing it on, I have to be careful not to touch the switch. Otherwise, it will be turned off. It would be good if the manufacturer could think of a better place to put the on/off switch.

Received a partial refund for an item that was incorrectly advertised. Item is NOT 100% bamboo. Contains polyurethane. Had already removed from package and washed before discovering it was not 100% bamboo. Seller tried to blame staff for not knowing their product well. Advertisement still states 100% bamboo. Pushed for full refund but was denied. Item apparently not resellable. Offered return then partial refund after informing I had washed them. Refunds offered went from $10 to $7 to $20.
