I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner it's way better than the last ones that had came out it's more powerful but the only thing I don't like about it and maybe you can answer once doing this is it keeps clogging up in the bottom and it's not going up to the filter at all to the spinning part and so I have to keep stopping take it apart get the clog out the bottom so they can suck more s*** up but why does it doing that? It didn't do that in the beginning? Other than that I love it

I've had 2 INSE vacuums already. Both needed either motor or battery replacements. Both were weaker motors and held charges for less time. This one is a monster and it is "Refurbished". If the motor and battery hold up it will be the best yet. It's only been about a week so far and not used daily but when I use it, it does a great job because the motor is stronger. A bit heavier and louder but that is not a problem at all. Plenty of extra attachments that are interchangeable from my old model.
