This seller is absolutely amazing. I asked many questions and the response was almost immediate. And on receiving my order there was an article missing(2x pillow cases). I sent an email regarding the matter and l got a response in minutes and the problem was rectified. The missing article was sent by the end of business day .l recommend this seller. I have just put the sheet on the bed so I don’t have much information to give. But l also have the pillow cases and my husband is rather impressed.

I had serious doubts about the validity of the claims that these sheets or so called grounding mats have any health benefits at all,nonetheless i was prepared to give it a go, after 2 weeks i think i'm right in saying it is the most expensive sheet i have ever slept on and a total waste of money and to add insult to injury the seller claimed it was made in Australia but arrived in a package covered in Chinese writing with no tag saying where it was made,once again stooged by a dodgy Ebay seller.

I am sorry you're unhappy with your purchase, what health benefits were you trying to get from it? It has been shown to reduce inflammation, help with energy levels, oxygenate blood, just like any treatment or product that claims potential health benefits, not everybody will get the exact same result, there are many variables involved.Our store does not claim our products are manufactured in Australia, we get them custom made from a textile manufacturer overseas (like 95% of other businesses)
