This item was listed as new but came packaged differently than other hip shots I’ve seen. A factory hipshot has black plastic heads on the fine tuners; these are stainless. Also one of the adjustment screws for the tuning lever was completely stripped out and the lever flips back sloppily when changing tunings. Have messaged seller without reply. 2 stars because it is functional but was advertised as new and does not appear to be based on the parts used and damage.
