I think it should have been packaged up better. in a box wrapped not a bag where it could get damaged. the foam head is pretty sturdy i will have to buy a new one. Excellent respond from seller.

    +++ Great Seller +++ Fast Shipping +++ Remarks about the product - Not the seller: The PCB has balancing function but NO overload protection ( not even a simple fuse ). Temperature sensor is interfaced with the charger. You will need to find documentation for the BMS connections yourself since this is not provided. The case has a very tight fit, forcing the cells to be packed together with no spacing between them. ( All li-ion manufacturers I know specifies a minimum distance of 1.25mm ).
