    Item arrived packaged very well, the controller only had a small scratch on it. I am not sure what the button on the controller is supposed to do. I assumed it muted, but it doesn't really do much but make a weird noise when pressed. either way everything arrived in fantastic condition. The microphone doesn't fit on a pair of the new QuietComforts that came out last year if anyone was curious. I was going to return it, but the seller let me keep the product & gave partial refund. Great seller!!
