    Item not packaged properly. 2 out of 3 plastic cases arrived with pieces broken off. Was sent free-floating in a bubble mailer. This wouldn't have happened if mailed in a box with padding. Also, I sent 5 offers for this item (the last one was only .40 cents below asking price) & she declined 2 of them & ignored the rest. Twice I sent her messages on the offers asking her to send a counteroffer, which were ignored. No communication. Why put "best offer" option if you're not going to accept any?
