Firstly, the seller falsely advertised the laptop as brand new when, in reality, it had been opened and modified. Inferior parts, such as an ADATA SSD, were installed, which likely deviated from the original specifications. There was also a lack of transparency regarding the condition and modifications of the laptop prior to sale. Additionally, the seller misled the buyer about the warranty status, presenting it as if it was under the original manufacturer's warranty despite the modifications.

Because I trust the Toshiba brand, I placed an order and bought a 128GB SSD. There may be something wrong with something during delivery, and the goods have not been received two days after the estimated delivery time. I reported the situation to the owner and re-delivered the goods quickly. After receiving the goods, it has been installed on the laptop.
