These are advertised as Jumbo Straws for bubble team, but when they were delivered they were just normal soft drink straws, I complained to the company and they offered a 50% discount, but I was not happy so they offered to refund my money in full.
I have since received my refund and the company was very polite and very quick to solve the issue, so I rate their customer service 100%

I gave to seller neutral feedback for the following reason:
1. Yes indeed, the goods arrived on time, maybe more fast than I expected
2. But text description did not match what you really got. Seller mentioned that diameter of hole is 9mm. But it is maximum 6,5mm and for me this Straws is absolutely un useful. Very disappointment.
3. Nobody want to waste the time to claim it and return back for 10 pounds. I think that this point seller knows very well and simple sending what they have on stock
