The product came damaged on arrival which isn't the sellers fault because this seems to be packed by the manufacturer quite well.
The issue is how the seller handle the issue and damage which was nothing short of frustrating and provided impossible solutions which is terrible
The item itself otherwise is ok, 7/10. metal enclosure is very flimsy and I've used the hibachi once and it is already starting to fall apart
