Item is as described and shipped quickly. However, the packaging was not careful: the jacked was messily jammed into a padded envelope with only a thin plastic covering that didn't even actually cover the entire garment. Fortunately this wasn't damaged during shipping but items shipped this way easily could be. For something this pricey—really for all items, but for more expensive ones particularly—the seller should do a better job with the packaging.

Horrendous shipping. Threw shoes in box without any protective packaging, despite e asking specifically during checkout because I knew anything heavier than 15 pounds placed on top would crush the package. Guess what, box and shoes crushed in shipping. Tried to resolve but seller is defensive and stopped replying. Avoid this new seller at all cost if you have anything you actually care for. No bubble wrap, tissue paper, crushed new papers. Nothing.
