This item was ordered on November 25th and the seller indicated a delivery date of December 7. Today is Christmas Eve and the item has not arrived. No problem as I understand shipping issues during the holidays. However, this was a Christmas gift and now it is no longer needed. At this point the seller has remained in communication but today I just asked for a full refund so I will post another comment to mention how the refund request was handled.

Great price for a great product.
Apple is always a great product, there was a couple scratches on the outside of the phone. It wasn't a big deal. Otherwise the phone looked great. The battery life is so so, however it is a used iPhone 12 mini which already has a smaller battery so that was a given. Given. It does charge very quickly. So it's not a big deal.
