Faulty Mouse- Backplate Issue & Non-Functioning Device. After installing the provided batteries, I noticed that the backplate cannot stay closed due to a damaged clip. While the lose plate could be managed with a temporary solution like tape, there’s a more concerning problem. The mouse isn’t functioning. The power indicator doesn’t illuminate and is not receiving power, therefore unable to make a bluetooth connection. Please advise on next steps for troubleshooting or replacing the mouse.

Did not put in the description that the power button was broken on the Chromebook. Waiting until after they were shipped to respond to my message to tell me it was broken. I have to wait for them to come in just to send them back and hopefully get a refund.
