Great communication by the seller - my only thing with the product is there is no on off switch so to turn off you have to disconnect and pressure guage is inaccurate- I have a calibrated tyre guage which showed 38psi and this showed 20 - but suits what I need

WARNING- Did not work when i received it, screaming sound when turned on, no air at all. Avoid this product. Seller will do and say anything NOT to replace or refund. Recommend finding a better supplier. Now have to get Ebay to be involved. Thank you and be careful of this supplier. Supplier now saying they need to keep a % of my money as there a small business and need my money. What a scam. (If the rating changes it is because of being blackmail to get a full refund.)

Terrible experience. Advertised as local shipping with Aus Post but was sent from China, taking a long time. The faulty pen arrived in two pieces, the screw thread is too short, rendering it unusable. The seller was incessantly pushing for feedback before the package arrived. I politely offered them the chance to rectify the issue with a refund/ replacement, they provided no response whatsoever. A complete waste of time and money. I highly advise against purchasing from this seller!
