Purchased a new thermostat which came in the original box BUT it was obviously a used unit. The box had labels inside which had many missing & the instruction manual was for a different thermostat. Also, some of the parts seemed defective and broke off when I tried to remove a wire. I tried to come up with a resolution with the seller but they stopped communicating with me. I would not trust this seller as their description was misleading & they haven't refunded my money. filing ebay complaint
