Great Columbia fleece, but very poor communication from their online store team. I purchased this top at 9:45pm one night before it went on sale for $20 cheaper the next day. I tried to communicate with Anaconda to see whether they would honour the sale price given that it was only 10 hours later, however I heard nothing back from them. I'm not going to die in a ditch over $20, but if you want to improve your customer service, you may have a lot more business come your way. Just sayin'....
