    I purchased this plate from this seller 2 times. The first time the seller never shipped out the plate and then cancelled my order. The second time I purchased this plate from this seller at a much higher price and finally received it albeit later than it was projected to get to my place. I am pretty sure I know what happened to the first purchase but I will let you be the judge. If it wasn’t for my daughter need to complete her dish set I wouldn’t have bothered with this seller a second time.
