I’m only giving a revision because the laptop performance wasn’t impacted it’s still good, screen is beautiful, it’s basically what I was expecting when I researched the specs and ordered however I still wish you guys would list what the exact problem was with the device and not hide such info, if this laptop wasn’t in a good state I would’ve left a nasty review but I’m content thank you
