    Dr. Davis has done his research. The facts are excitedly interesting. So, I thought I would try it. Within 5 days I lost all my cravings for wheat. Now it's been 2 months of no wheat & I feel great. Less aches and pains. No headaches. And the big bonus of my body fat melting away. Starting to see my old curves.     This book, literally made this change to grain free much easier! There are some basics in here you will want to try, like the Flaxseed wraps for sandwiches. The Pizza dough was surprisingly Good, and Filling! The "Rice" recipes are really good, and the best, so far has been the "Mashed potatoes" . These are better than any I have ever had!
