Eine der aktuell wichtigsten Fragen ist, inwieweit der im Sommer 2012 von der EZB in Aussicht gestellte unbegrenzte Kauf von Staatsanleihen aus Krisenlandern der Euro-Zone mit EU-Recht vereinbar ist. Die Politik und die Gesellschaft haben seit gut 6 Jahren immer wieder neue Informationen zu diesem Thema aufzunehmen und zu verarbeiten. Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und Politiker sind sich teilweise uneins uber die Kausalitatskette der sogenannten Krise und postulieren kontrar zueinander verhaltende Bewaltigungsstrategien. Die Frage, inwieweit es sich bei Weltwirtschaftskrisen und der ubiquitaren Schuldenproblematik um ein bedeutendes Thema innerhalb der Sozialwissenschaften handelt, soll im Folgenden beantwortet werden, indem eine UEbersicht uber den Verlauf und die Schwerpunkte der Europaischen Finanzkrise erarbeitet und anschliessend der Fokus auf eine Optimierung des momentanen Wirtschaftszustandes gelegt wird.
