Had to message on March 3, 8 days (5 business days) after my purchase despite the fact that their website says that items will mail within one day of purchase. The item was mailed on March 4th with absolutely no communication. If I take time to send an email to inform you of how to do your job, which is listed in black and white on your website, then the least you can do is take the time to type a response back. Horrible customer service, Liked the product but will NEVER order again.
