Package arrived well packaged. Very well actually. No visiblendamage to the box. I put the item aside as several other items arrived, and I wasn't going to be using it soon. When I opened it a few weeks later and removed the item from the box it was in pieces. I contacted trainz and they told me too bad, beyond the window of help. I understand this, but either way the sent a used and smashed item they listed as good. Given the description of new I wasn't in a hurry to check it. I'll avoid them.

The issues you list is not related to the item you have attached the feedback to. In your previous contact it was related to an entirely different order and item. Your issue is with an item purchased directly from Trainz website not through eBay.
