Quick shipping & great wrapping however there was a chip on the inside of the lid that was not mentioned in the description.

As soon as we read this feedback comment we immediately contacted the buyer about this oversight and sent them a shipping discount as a good faith gesture. They had not contacted us about the chip before this feedback was given. They requested a full refund anyway and returned the item. Full refund was given. The chip was so tiny it was not even visible in the listing photos and was very hard to find or even feel when we inspected the returned lid. It was simply an unintentional oversight.
