Tool arrived in a timely manner. However it was not a Dual Scale tool as advertised by vendor. Upon further questioning regarding confirmation of the dual scales, the reply was affirmative. When contacted upon receiving the tool the Vendor stated that he had been misinformed by the product manager. The Vendor was very upfront and honest to deal with. The Vendor sincerely appologised for the error and promptly offered a partial refund. The tool was of high quality and outcome was agreeable
