Word of warning, messages regarding problems are answered by a bot. I purchased some headphone cushion replacements, one came faulty. All I want is one non-faulty replacement. I keep getting similar messages, first one starts with an offer is refunding $2AUD, they cost me $12.50, what am I going to do with $2? Subsequent messages go up by a $1 to $6, and then after all my messages of just asking for a replacement cushion, it starts going down by $1. Don't waste your time with this store.

This is what I get for cheaping out again just like my father does. Buy cheap junk and then get upset when it fails. Delicate data with 20c of cheap plastic. We really are idiots sometimes. Bought this so called NVMe external enclosure and of course it was a dud. Contacted the seller, which gave the runaround, then proceeds to offer me a $2 refund. What an insult! This is their scam. They sell cheap products for 20c and then offer so low you just give up. Rinse and repeat. BUY LEGIT ELSEWHERE!
