On AMERICAN GOLDWING, Blitzen Trapper's 6th album and third on Sub Pop, the band let their loves and influenceshard guitar rock, country picking and pawn-shop Casio aplombhang out for all to see. Singer/songwriter/guitarist Eric Earley says "AMERICAN GOLDWING will make you want to shotgun a beer in the shower while listening to the Stones or Joe Walsh (well, or Blitzen Trapper)" and we are not inclined to argue.

The packaging was okay although there were two addresses on it which confused the mailman. My address was written on the envelope, but there was a different address on the shipping label. The mailman had to ring the doorbell to verify that I was the recipient and that the package is delivered to the right address.
