Received a partial refund for an item that was incorrectly advertised. Item is NOT 100% bamboo. Contains polyurethane. Had already removed from package and washed before discovering it was not 100% bamboo. Seller tried to blame staff for not knowing their product well. Advertisement still states 100% bamboo. Pushed for full refund but was denied. Item apparently not resellable. Offered return then partial refund after informing I had washed them. Refunds offered went from $10 to $7 to $20.
