The shoe itself was fine but it ordered a 10 wide and was sent a 10 narrow. I was refunded the purchase price but not the $13.10 shipping cost . I had contacted the seller prior to shipping the shoe back and she agreed that my refund would include the shipping. When I contacted the seller regarding this again after a week the reply was that Ebay would not let them refund the shipping cost. The reason: I selected that the item didn't fit instead of the item was different than that described .
