Very bad experience with this seller, wrong item was sent to me, I returned it, then received the correct item which was dirty and damaged. returned it for a full refund agreed by the seller., who then then stopped communicating with me so I had to resort to Ebay Help , l am still awaiting my refund after doing my best to resolve all issues., and behaving in an appropriate manner.

I am extremely disappointed to see this negative feedback and think it is wildly unjustified. I have done nothing but provide excellent customer service throughout our transaction and offered a full refund on return of the item. You closed the case without returning the item so I cannot do anything more at this time. I will not be extorted for a refund without returning the item first.
